Is it possible to maintain multiple salary structures like daily wages and consolidated salaries with different pay components?

We always have problems with Salary Increments. Is there any solution for this?

We have Increments Management with approvals. Also we have track on increments with promotions as designations change

It is very difficult for us to manage Casual Leave / Earned Leave and Medical Leave. How it can be managed?

Our Leave Management effectively handles Casual Leave /Earned Leave Credits and deducted as per leave policies defined. Long leaves like Medical/Maternity leaves can be managed as per leave policies

Tracking Loans and Advances are big issues while generating salaries. How to overcome this?

Loans are divided into equal instalments as per loan tenure and a loan ledger is created with monthly Instalments. On every salary processing EMI is deducted and posted to loan ledger. It is also possible to skip the EMI for particular month if salary is comparatively low

We have different types of incentives like production/attendance/performance that are dynamic for every month. Is there any provision for this?

You can define multiple incentives and easily import incentive details form an excel sheet.

Handling On Duties and permissions are big headache for time clerk. How to solve this?

Employees can post their On duty and permissions themselves through employee self-portal using mobile app. Upon approval, on duties are posted as present. And for permissions approval is required to mark it as present.

Consolidating and Approving employee’s business expenses are tedious and cumbersome process. How it is handled?

Employees can record their expenses in mobile employee self-portal with supporting documents. On approval, the expenses are adjusted against Advance  and balance can be credited/debited in salary register

We have attendance machines from third party vendors. How it can be integrated with Time & Attendance?

We have already developed tools to integrate with popular brands like ESSL, Time Watch etc., For any other brands we will integrate seamlessly with their attendance machines.

We have one Head Office and Three branches at different locations. Some employees may punch in all locations based on visiting. Do you have solution for this?

Yes. We do have solution. Employees may punch at different locations and all the punches are consolidated and post attendance.

Our company runs 24/7 and working day starts from 6 AM today and ends at 6 AM tomorrow. It is not a calendar day midnight to midnight. Most of the attendance software failed to handle this ?

Our power full Attendance Processing Tool ensures that automated Shift Rotations/Duty Roasters  and shifts are posted based on punch time. In case of companies running 24/7, we don’t consider calendar day but we do consider as shift day.

Security Patrol System

Security patrolling plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of premises and valuable assets, serving as an essential defence against potential threats and breaches. While passive security measures like cameras and alarm systems are good for monitoring, they lack the immediate response needed when security is compromised. In contrast, active security patrols offer a proactive and dynamic approach to keeping the premises secure.

Our comprehensive Patrol Management Tool enables the management to track patrolling operations by creating routes and assigning security guards for patrol duties. Securities are provided with a mobile app and QR codes are pasted on pre-defined locations and its GPS locations are recorded.

Every hour the security has to scan each point with his mobile app. This records the QR location and GPS location instantly with time. Our robust reporting tool gives a detailed report on patrolling and makes alert if the security skips the patrol.

Security Gate Management System

Our Visitor Management System is an add on tool for MSN Payroll.  This tool tracks and monitors the visitors coming in to the company by collecting their details and whom to meet in the office.

All visitors are provided with visitor ID card with QR Code after registering their details. The IN Time is recorded  and while leaving the company, Time Out is recorded.

For all Documents received, a unique id is generated and pasted on the document and the ID is scanned and details are entered before it moves to reception

For Goods inward or outward, relevant document details with vehicle number and driver mobile number are captured for reference

Document Management System

Our document management system as the software that controls and organizes documents throughout an organization. It incorporates document and content capture, document repositories and information retrieval systems.  Also, the system used to track, store, and control documents.

All documents are serialised and identified with unique numbers with year id as suffix. The document details and its renewal details are recorded and the document is scanned a digital copy. All original copies are stored in rack with locations marked.

The unique numbers assigned to documents are QR coded and pasted on the document cover. Document movements are scanned with details like issued to, reason for issue and return date. This keeps the track on the document and easily tracable.

For renewal documents, the system alerts the user about the renewal date and once renewed, the details are stored for future reference.

This tool helps the user to retrieve the digital documents instantly. Our robust reporting tool gives a detailed report on document movements and makes alert if the documents for renewal.
